1. What we collect and why
- • Discord ID, username, avatar: sign-in and DM notifications
- • AccountID, main character name: Blood Pact applications and in-game invites
- • Applications, listings and trades, ratings, last-seen time, reports: running the service and preventing abuse
- • Access logs (IP, browser info): security
2. What others can see
Staff of a Blood Pact you apply to see your AccountID, character name and message; members see your character name, grade and status. When an offer is accepted, the other trader receives your Discord ID. We never sell or share data otherwise.
3. Services we use and overseas transfer
We use Discord Inc. (USA, sign-in and notifications) and [hosting provider, country] (running and storing the site), so data may be stored outside Korea.
4. Retention
Deleted right away when you leave. Trade and report records are kept [90 days] for disputes, access logs [3 months], then deleted.
5. Cookies
Only a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
Edit your AccountID and character in your profile; ask via the contact page to access or delete your data or leave. Users under 14 can't sign up.
7. Contact and changes
Privacy officer: AstroVivi, [email address]. Users in Korea can also contact the Privacy Infringement Report Center (118). When this policy changes, the date above is updated and announced on the community Discord.
